Summer Strong Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops each of raspberry/strawberry yogurt and protein powder
  • 4 strawberries
  • 15 blueberries
  • 1½ cups of non-fat milk (if possible, fortified with Vitamin D)
  • ½ cup of ice cubes

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For a thicker shake, add more ice cubes.
