Caltrate assists in preventing & treating osteoporosis

Caltrate Plus with 400IU Vitamin D & Minerals contains 600mg elemental calcium and now with 400IU of vitamin D in each tablet, to help optimise calcium absorption. It also contains 4 bone strengthening minerals essential for healthy bones, including:

• Magnesium, to help maintain strong bones
• Zinc, to help bone formation and repair
• Copper, to promote bone mineralisation
• Manganese, for skeletal development.

Caltrate Plus is ideal for people who are at risk of developing osteoporosis, and who need to increase their daily intake of calcium and other additional minerals they are not currently receiving enough of through their diet.

Dosage Instructions - Adults: One or two tablets daily with liquid after a meal or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If taking two tablets daily, take each tablet at a different meal time.
