Kale Chips

Kale Chips (even kids will love!)


  • 1 bunch flat-leaf kale
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt


Cut kale into inch squares, toss with olive oil and salt. Place, single layer, on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in 180°C oven for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy.
